This team partners with clients across their operationsincluding R&D, compliance, governance, design, raw material sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, retail, and vendor/consumer managementto improve product quality and reduce risk. The consultant will help develop and optimize processes, define regulatory and compliance requirements, outline product quality needs, support corrective action and improvement plans, and provide manufacturing guidance. This role will engage with clients across all stages of the product life cycle, from concept and formulation through manufacturing, launch, and distribution. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with DFMEA/FMEA, testing methodologies (including product labeling, chemical/physical testing, and packaging testing), and an understanding of relevant industry governance and standards. The role also requires strong project ownership, including ontime delivery of product/process reviews, documentation, testing/inspection/audit management, and quality consultations. Additional responsibilities include supporting disposition issues such as recalls, complaint investigations, return analysis, vendor improvements, quality benchmarking, and collaboration with vendors and labs on test results.
