Job Title

Primary Role: Support installation activities and learn basic glazing tasks under direction. Responsibilities: Assist Journeyman and Foreman with all aspects of glazing and aluminum installation, including but not limited to: Handling, moving, protecting, and staging materials, supplies, and equipment Setting story lines and installing sill/curb steel Installing and setting frames Membraning, caulking, and anti-rolling frames Pressure plating, caulking, and capping systems Installing backpans, spandrel glass, flashing, flats, trims Spray foaming and sealant prep Cleaning and final detailing Installing mirrors, whiteboards, and specialty items -Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas -Follow safety procedures and Foreman direction-Develop trade skills through hands-on work and instruction -Perform basic independent installations with explicit instructions Not Responsible For: Independent installation decisions Directing other workers Equipment operation without authorization Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 40 per week Work Location: In person
