Overview We are seeking a versatile and Multifunctional Person, who is a skilled Handy Man and Lift Truck Operator to join our team, primarily supporting warehouse operations and maintenance tasks. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility through hands-on repairs, equipment handling, and general upkeep. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, experience with warehouse equipment, and the ability to perform heavy lifting. Duties Perform maintenance and repair tasks across various areas of the warehouse to ensure operational efficiency Operate warehouse equipment such as Dockstocker, forklifts, and Reach Truck Assist with order picking and inventory management using warehouse management systems on the Dock Wrapping Skids Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing materials and ensuring proper storage Conduct routine inspections of machinery and infrastructure, addressing minor repairs as needed Execute heavy lifting tasks safely to move supplies or equipment throughout the facility Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity Requirements Prior experience in warehouse distribution or related fields is preferred Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory and order picking processes Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods Good understanding of safety procedures related to warehouse operations and equipment use Reliable work ethic with attention to detail and teamwork skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 55 per week Work Location: In person
