Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using the menu knowledge to assist guests in their selections. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing excellent guest services at all times. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is an asset. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
