If you''re looking for a long-term position where you can greatly contribute to a growing team, we would love to hear from you Sales, Dispensing and Repairs Selling high end fashion brands and high end opthalmic lenses Selling Contact Lenses Able to accurately take all measurements for all types of lenses. Able to choose frames according to patient''s cosmetic and functional needs. Following Annik EyeCare''s prices and ensuring you are up to date on all promotions. Ensuring that you are up to date on contact lens rebates and prices. Able to process insurance claims on all insurance platforms. Able to order frames, lenses and contact lenses. Dispensing glasses and contact lenses Ensuring glasses are fit to the patient''s liking, for comfort and cosmetic purposes. When dispensing multifocal glasses, taking the time to ensure the patient knows how to use progressives if they are a first-time wearer, or if they need any other help with them. When dispensing contact lenses, ensuring the patient''s lenses are labeled left and right correctly and ensuring that the correct product and power were ordered. Glasses Adjustments, Repair and Maintenance Able to accurately adjust glasses based on patient''s comfort. Able to repair glasses using the tools provided. Be able to identify the patient''s needs and problem solve any issues they may have. Customer Service Greeting all patients and making sure that their needs are met or they are directed to the correct team member. Using active listening and ensuring their needs are resolved as effectively as possible. Back End and Edging Edging experience is an asset Experience with Optosys is an asset Managing Contact Lens trials inventory Store Maintenance Be responsible for upkeep of the clinic with the rest of the team.
