We are looking to fill a full-time position of a Service Writer. The successful candidate will have job duties that revolve around the needs of the customer which makes communication skills an essential requirement. You will be trained by an existing and the outgoing Service Writer. Job Duties: -Tracking and scheduling repairs/deliveries -Creating, amending and closing of work orders for the service department -Receivables -Warranty claims -Other department tasks Qualifications: -Technical knowledge an asset -Warranty experience -Service advisor background -Administrative background an asset -Team player, attentive to details, customer service skills -Positive attitude -Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Health and dental benefits *Willing to train Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental care Work Location: In person
