Team Development : Provide coaching, training, and support to help your team members grow and excel. Innovation & Problem Solving : Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, boost sales, and maintain a vibrant clinic atmosphere. What you bring: Leadership Experience : Proven success in management or supervisory role, ideally retail, eyecare, or healthcare. Exceptional Communication : Ability to connect with team members and patients alike, building trust and rapport. Sales & Service Mindset : A track record of achieving sales targets while delivering top-notch customer service. Organizational Skills : Expertise in managing schedules, inventory, and clinic operations. Optical Experience (Preferred) : Knowledge of optical products and services. Licensed Optician (Preferred) : Eyewear and optical lens expert with knowledge in running and eyewear gallery, lens selection and superior customer service.
