Reporting to the Project Manager the Project Coordinator provides essential support to project teams through coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control. The Project Coordinator serves as the first line of support for project teams managing service desk inquiries, administering project controls software, performing enhancement testing, and preparing training materials and release notes ensuring smooth project execution and continuous improvement. Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site Coordinate Daily Project Activities: Support scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and cost control tasks. Maintain and update drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders Support Change Management & Reporting: Track change events, prepare notices, and report updates to the Project Manager. Compile data for progress reports and executive/project steering updates Maintain HSEQ Compliance: Contribute to safety plan development and keep safety and QA/QC records up to date. Monitor HSE and quality KPIs, review surveillance findings, and initiate NCRs where required Assist with Financial & Cost Controls: Support cost reporting systems and monitor cost accruals. Record change orders and verify proper payroll coding and cost allocation Build and Maintain Client & Stakeholder Relationships: Communicate professionally with clients and support strong working relationships. Complete client satisfaction surveys during project closeout The Right Tools for the Job Education: Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field. Completion or active progress toward Builders'' Framework Fundamentals courses. Experience: 23 years of construction experience. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software; General knowledge of construction project systems, processes, and risk/change management.
