Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, Skytab, ensuring quick and precise processing Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup during shifts, including catering or banquet events when needed Engage with guests to promote sales, answer questions about menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction Follow all food handling, safety protocols, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities Knowledge of food safety standards, proper serving techniques, and responsible alcohol service Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals accurately Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus, but not required Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
