Overview We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and scale a growing distribution and fulfillment operation. This role is focused on breaking down existing processes, improving speed and accuracy, and building the systems and team required to support continued growth. Reporting directly to ownership, this position carries full accountability for warehouse operations, cross-border logistics, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Analyze and redesign operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Lead warehouse inbound and outbound operations, including pick, pack, ship, and receiving Manage a 3PL warehouse in US Oversee customs and cross-border shipping, including documentation, tariffs, and carrier disputes Hire and lead customer service and order processing staff, along with warehouse leadership Track KPIs, manage departmental P&L, and negotiate outbound freight rates Support health and safety initiatives as part of a safety committee Required Experience Proven experience improving and scaling operational systems Background in distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics Hands-on experience with customs, cross-border shipping, and tariffs Strong working knowledge of modern warehouse management systems Experience leading teams and owning operational performance Lean or Six Sigma experience Prior P&L responsibility Compensation Base salary: $120,000 to $140,000 Company-wide profit sharing Opportunity to build a performance-based bonus plan For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please reach out to Mike Gosine at [email protected] Summit Search Group has a strong commitment to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
