Our client is on the search for a Fractional CFO on a long term basis. This role is ideal for a strategic finance leader who can support executive decision-making and improve financial visibility. The Fractional CFO will partner closely with ownership and leadership teams to drive financial performance, optimize cash flow, and support growth initiatives. Responsibilities Act as a trusted financial advisor to the management and ownership team Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Provide insight financial analyses highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships Build financial models to support growth, acquisitions, or capital investments Qualifications CPA or CFA designation is an asset Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent role, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and strategy Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills are a must Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience in manufacturing is a strong asset If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the Apply button to send your resume directly to Raymond Luu.
