Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced and strategic leader to join our clients executive office as the Director, Strategy and Reputation based in Edmonton, AB. In this highimpact role, you will partner directly with the CEO and executive team to advance enterprise priorities, strengthen organizational reputation, and lead strategic communication and engagement across the organization. This position brings together expertise in strategy, corporate communications, issues management, and stakeholder relationsdriving alignment, insightbased decisionmaking, and a unified organizational voice. The ideal candidate excels at navigating complex environments, anticipating risk, and managing relationships with senior leaders, partners, and government stakeholders. Location: Edmonton, AB (on-site) Job type: Permanent| Full-time Responsibilities Monitor industry, regulatory, and reputational trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities. Support enterprise strategic and business planning, ensuring alignment with the FiveYear Strategic Plan. Provide evidencebased strategic advice to the CEO and executive leadership team to guide informed decisionmaking. Identify and escalate enterprise or reputational risks in a timely and appropriate manner. Establish organizationwide standards for messaging, communications, reporting, and brand alignment. Lead issues management, crisis communication readiness, and media response strategies. Guide member, partner, and government engagement to strengthen relationships and support organizational priorities. Oversee all aspects of corporate communications, digital channels, brand standards, events, and campaigns. Lead, mentor, and develop a highperforming team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Qualifications Postsecondary degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, Public Policy, or a related field (Masters degree considered an asset). 10+ years of progressive experience advising senior leadership, including 7+ years in a leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects, balance strategic and operational priorities, and oversee sensitive information with discretion.
