Overview Kent is expanding its Installation Services team and is looking to add an Exterior SME to support our growing exterior installation business. This role is similar in scope to our Kitchen SME but focused on exterior products and services, playing a critical role in driving sales performance, service consistency, and exceptional customer experience. The Exterior SME will act as the go-to expert across the organization, supporting stores, vendors, and installation teams by centralizing product knowledge, standardizing best practices, and supporting onboarding and training initiatives. This role is highly collaborative and field-focused, with significant travel to stores and customer sites. Irving, Limited organization Responsibilities Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for exterior installation products and services, supporting stores and Installation Services teams Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships, supporting product training, processes, and continuous improvement Act as SME on complex and multi-unit exterior projects, supporting project execution and customer satisfaction Capture, centralize, and share best practices to drive consistency and improve the customer experience across all locations Support the development and delivery of training and onboarding programs for new and existing Installation Services associates Provide sales oversight and support for rural or smaller locations without dedicated department managers, including performance support and onboarding Partner closely with leadership on sales reporting, project execution, and continuous improvement initiatives This is a field-based role with regular time spent in stores and at customer sites. Frequent travel is required approximately 70% of the time across Atlantic Canada, with a combination of office, store and site environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
