We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to lead quality initiatives for enterprise-scale personalization projects within the Pega CDH MarTech Application team. This role combines handson testing with leadership responsibilities, including defining test strategies, mentoring junior QA engineers and driving automation adoption. You will work closely with architects, developers and product owners to ensure robust quality practices and deliver highperforming, secure solutions that power personalized marketing and sales experiences.
