Grow sales and retain existing customers by merchandizing solutions and providing service excellence Gain new sales through new products and customers Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation through high quality surveys Complete Value Visit surveys based on the customers required visit frequency (semi-annual, annual, or quarterly) and provide feedback and coaching to support store needs Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovations Complete the Serv-Safe training and become certified Develop and enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently and maintaining your own schedule Position Details This is a field-based position and will require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas: Territory: Vancouver Island, Powell River, Port Hardy and the surrounding areas Applicants must live in territory anywhere between Victoria to Nanaimo (or close surrounding areas) Overnight Travel: None Weekend Rotation: Rotating weekend coverage based on customer needs (once every 13 weeks) Compensation Package Base salary with a bonus potential Dishwasher placement and sales growth incentives Company car with coverage on gas, maintenance and insurance Fantastic company matched pension plan Benefits with medical, dental, disability coverage from day 1 Full training program (classroom and job shadowing) Cell phone Share purchase plan Education funding Employee Assistance Program Opportunity for growth and advancement Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma. Compensation Range This position has a base salary and is eligible for incentive compensation based on performance, per plan terms. Total expected compensation is in the range of $58,700-$73,900. The annual or hourly compensation range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range.
