General Description The Site Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the low rise construction team, ensuring the efficient operation of the construction site and project coordination. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual capable of handling multiple tasks, effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate project records. Primary Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Low Rise Construction team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and reports Assist in coordinating daily site activities and ensuring that all necessary resources are available Monitor and track project progress, updating records and reporting any discrepancies or delays Manage the site office, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Assist with the preparation and submission of project reports, budgets, and schedules Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements Support the Site Supervisor and site team with any additional administrative tasks as needed. Required Skills And Qualifications Currently working towards a University degree or College diploma in Construction Management or, have already earned a degree/diploma in the field 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative role within the construction or real estate development industry Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing exceptional support Knowledge of construction process and terminology is an asset Equity, Inclusion and Compensation Madison Group celebrates diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
