North Vancouver, Canada | Posted on 01/21/2026 Were looking for a field-based leader with a sales mindset to helpgrow our Gardening Department through quality oversight, crewtraining, and proactive enhancement sales. This role is ideal forsomeone who understands gardening work, can train and hold employeesaccountable, and enjoys talking with clients, and can confidently turnon-site observations into approved enhancement jobs. The focus is on client interaction, revenue growth throughenhancements, and maintaining high service standards in the field. What Youll Do Kickstart crews each morning and supportthem throughout the day Be present in the field, supporting crewsand maintaining high service quality. Willing to jump into fieldwhen needed. Visit sites to ensure work meets qualitystandards and company expectations Train and coach gardening staff onstandards, efficiency, and presentation Help handle in person onboarding support:new staff orientation, training, t-shirts, and documentation(Office staff handle all the paperwork) Check in with crew members and supportongoing skill development Identify and confidently suggestenhancement opportunities (plant replacements, pruning, mulch,cleanups, upgrades, seasonal work) to Operations or Sales Comfortably discuss small enhancementjobs with clients when appropriate and flag opportunities for follow-up Confidently explain scope, benefits, andnext steps for enhancement work Secure approval for small enhancementjobs or clearly document and hand off larger opportunities to Sales/Operations Serve as a trusted point of contact forclients during site visits Respond to and help resolve customerconcerns professionally, relationship-first Collaborate with Sales and Operations toturn observations into booked work Help implement LEAN processes to improveefficiency, consistency, and upsell flow Submit receipts and handle light admintasks (no crew scheduling required) Act as a bridge between the OperationsManager (office) and the field team What You Bring Strong background in gardening,landscaping, or horticulture Comfortable selling services throughconversation, not pressure Confident discussing pricing, scope, andvalue with clients Proven ability to spot opportunities andclose small jobs on the spot Clear, professional communication skills(in person and written) Strong leadership, organization, and follow-through Ability to build trust quickly withclients and crews Safety-minded, proactive, and takesinitiative without being micromanaged Humble, hardworking, and enjoys helpingothers improve Physically fit (able to lift up to 60 lbs) Valid drivers license Bonus: organized, can handle a bit ofadmin, brings good energy daily Must live our values: ______.
