Youll be responsible for inspecting roofs, presenting solutions, and closing both selfgenerated and companyprovided leads. Previous roofing sales experience (required) Strong closing skills and confidence presenting to homeowners Ability to selfgenerate leads through networking and followup Reliable transportation and valid drivers license Comfortable working in the field and on roofs Professional appearance and communication skills Coachable mindset and teamfirst attitude Compensation $50,000 annual drawstyle salary 2 weeks paid training Up to 14% commission on selfgenerated leads Up to 10% commission on companygenerated leads Uncapped earning potential Paid as commissions are earned against the draw Top performers can significantly exceed the base draw through commissions.
