What Youll Do Drive operational excellence in areas such as visual merchandising, customer service, back room operations, and merchandise processing. Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations by providing clear updates and ensuring team alignment. Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while encouraging collaboration and training Associates on service policies and procedures. Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. About You Relevant Experience: 12 years in retail or service with a strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes. Team Collaboration: A collaborative mindset that fosters effective teamwork and positive relationships. Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges. Communication and Time Management: Strong communication and time management skills for clear information sharing and effective prioritization.
