Position Overview We are currently seeking a motivated and student-focused Admissions Counselor to join our Mississauga campus team. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process and supporting enrollment growth. Requirements Counsel prospective students on program options, admissions requirements, and enrollment steps Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person appointments Conduct campus tours and information sessions Support students with application documentation and registration processes Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/admissions systems Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Meet enrollment and outreach targets while maintaining a high level of student service Previous experience in admissions, student services, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic database/CRM tools Passion for helping students succeed Benefits On-site position at our Mississauga campus Full-time, Monday through Friday Competitive hourly salary Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume to: MLC College of Business, Technology & Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals.
