Your Next Challenge Reporting to the Near Surface Supervisor, you will be part of the Near Surface Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagles values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment. Completed & ongoing competence with required core modules: Staging, Drilling, Rock bolting, Blasting, Operate Scoop, extend services, Operate Utility Vehicle, Fall Arrest Training (as per the AEM Underground Mining Classification Guideline) Competently perform all Mining 4 functions (Production/Development) Demonstrate competence in relevant Underground Hardrock common core Housekeeping keep work areas clean free from hazards Communication listen to and communicate with others, keep accurate records on zero harm 5-point card, aligning with daily tasks Teamwork work with others to meet and where possible exceed daily KPIs set by Supervisor All other duties as may be assigned What You Need to Succeed Minimum 2 years experience as a Miner 4 or equivalent Demonstrate safety awareness Underground Common Core (Ontario) Ability to work independently and as a team Physically fit Comfortable in all types of working conditions including confined spaces, low light, heights, cold, and humid temperatures Your Work Schedule Schedule:7/7 schedule at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON. Compensation In accordance with applicable legislation, the expected compensation includes base salary and potential bonus opportunity.
