We are looking for a dynamic Production Team Leader to oversee our nightshift operations. In this critical role, you''ll lead a dedicated team to ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely during the night hours, keeping our standards high and our products top-quality. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the production team during night shifts, ensuring targets are met efficiently. Implement and maintain health and safety standards and quality control measures throughout the production process. Provide training and support to team members, enabling them to excel in their roles. Work collaboratively with management to review production metrics and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Encourage a positive working environment by promoting communication, feedback, and teamwork. Actively engage in problem-solving to overcome production challenges in real-time. The typical hours for this position will be: Sunday-Thursday 22.30-07.00 Rate of pay: 14.26/hour plus shift allowance Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a production or manufacturing environment is essential. Strong understanding of production processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving production efficiency. Excellent communication skills, fostering a culture of collaboration and support within the team. Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to the dynamic needs of the production environment.
