Position overview Are you interested in learning more about the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) is the world leading industrial coating resins company? allnex is looking for SHE Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and implementing the site''s overall strategy with respect to safety. You will focus on data analytics and ultimately use the data to predict and prevent injuries from occurring. If you are proactive with a strong safety sence and you want to achieve allnex goal of zero injuries, then we are waiting for your application. Responsibilities Be responsible for site safety management, establish VSL, BBS, near miss, incident management. Be responsible for establishment and implementation the safety production standardization, risk identification and control, JSA. Be responsible for SHE training, promotion and communication to improve employees awareness and competence of EHS; Establish and maintain SHE training plan and matrix. Maintain and implement SHE system. Work out annual working plan of ISO14001, 45001 (SHE management system). Lead, arrange and organize internal audits. Review all findings during internal & external audits and follow up corrective actions. Be responsible for updating SHE legal requirements. Be responsible internal auditors training and system awareness training, etc. Be responsible for continuous improvement in SHE system. Assist Management Representative to implement management review. Update SHE procedures based on China regulations and allnex SHE standards. Establish Occupational Health examination/monitoring; work with Medical Advisor to continuously improve occupational health management including chemical risk assessment, MERP, etc. Track the EHS requirement of government and build effective communication with government. Coordinate SHE suggestion program and other employees engagement initiatives. Carry out other assignment assigned from time to time by the manager. Required skills and experience Minimum 3-5 years working experience in SHE. At least 3 years of experience on site safety management. Lead assessor experience will be an advantage. Knowledge in chemistry, safety and occupational health is preferred. Familiar with manufacturing safety technology Qualifications Bachelors degree majors in chemical or SHE related fields, especially environmental engineering preferred. Certificate of Registered Safety Engineer in chemical category.
