As a Pre-Approved Program Route for Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA), Mosaic offers the opportunity to pursue a CPA designation while working in the dynamic real estate development industry. This four-month, full time in office co-op placement starts May 2026. With colleagues in marketing, sales, acquisitions, development, construction, homecare and finance, Mosaic offers a unique and comprehensive learning experience for co-op students. Who You Are You are a third or fourth-year student enrolled in a business program, specialize, or plan to specialize in accounting and/or real estate and have taken accounting courses. You have a strong GPA and are an active participant of a recognized co-op program. You have a keen interest and desire to learn more about accounting and the real estate development industry. You are a naturally curious person with drive, energy, and determination to make things better. You get things done.
