Lead by example: demonstrate outstanding guest service, adaptability, and strong leadership while coaching and supporting your team. Ensure event schedules and timelines are followed, maintaining clear communication with servers and event staff. Act as a host and ambassador for the venue, liaising between guests, management, and team members. Build rapport with guests, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction throughout the event. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, as well as opening and closing duties. Inspire and motivate team members to create extraordinary guest experiences. Perform other duties as required to ensure seamless events. Qualifications: 2 - 3 years in a Supervisory role within catering and/or special events Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Hospitality or Event Management education/experience is an asset. Banquet serving experience an asset. Smart Serve Certification (required). Gclass drivers license (required).
