Position Summary Responsible to originate, close and service new and existing business for the Bank and aid Branch Managers in managing the Branch activities while providing exceptional & timely customer service to clients and complying with regulatory, legal & Bank''s internal policies and procedures. Responsibilities Develop business by sourcing new clients & enhancing business from existing clients for loans, deposits, trade finance, RRSP/TFSA & other bank products. Provide excellent customer service to existing clients for all their needs. Keep branch and personal pipeline updated at all times. Provide regular and timely sales reporting to management and adjust marketing efforts based on gaps in sales plan. Update and track call reports weekly for client appointments offsite and in branch. Proactively engage with clients in all areas of the Branch and within the external marketplace. Provide appropriate product solutions to address credit and investment needs of both personal and business clients. Work collaboratively with the Branch Manager to maximize market opportunities, overall branch growth and profitability. Actively participate in sales enablement and pipeline routines with Branch Manager. Develop a network of prospective client referral sources through Centers of Influence and community activities. Actively source business leads from various sources, make regular outbound calls and generate a healthy pipeline of business deals. Leverage technology to deliver client experience including ATM, online banking, be an advocate of Habib Canadian Bank in the local community. Contribute in a meaningful way to discussions around: sales meetings/activities, strategy, risk, industry trends. Assist in overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all activities while complying with regulatory, legal and Bank''s internal policies & procedures. Ensure the branch meets its operational targets with operational excellence and compliance fulfilment. Manage customer relationships, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
