The salary range represents the local range and is part of Xeroxs total compensation package. Primary Responsibilities Provide outstanding service to clients ensuring devices are working correctly and customers receive top-notch service. Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices. Xerox provides training and supports ongoing learning. Achieve key productivity goals, including 5 gross calls per day, an efficiency rating of 50% or higher, 24 hour response time, and minimizing parts costs. Skills and Qualifications Electro-mechanical experience with troubleshooting using a multimeter and reading electrical schematics. Suitable backgrounds include military/veteran roles with electro-mechanical experience, HVAC/cable internet technician, electrician, automotive mechanic or repair. Strong time management and reliability; ability to meet deadlines and be dependable. Valid drivers license and appropriate insurance coverage. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is included in the technician background check. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and drive for more than 50% of the workday with safety as a priority around electrical components. First 60 Days Success Complete new hire and technical training, establishing a foundation in company culture, call load expectations, territory alignment, client satisfaction, and equipment/inventory knowledge.
