This group operates seven clinics across Canada and is known for its exceptional facilities and cutting-edge equipment. Offering lucrative performance-based billing. Relocation support available. Role Objectives The Dermatologists responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide professional patient care at all times and create a friendly, inviting environment for patients Conduct patient skin assessments, treatment planning and implementation, and evaluation of treatments for effective outcomes Provide consult notes to referring family physicians for new patients Perform follow-up care for existing patients and/or refer to an internal general practitioner for continuation of care Assist with coaching nursing team to deliver effective patient care Participate in training and education opportunities provided by the company Adhere to company policies and protocols Work with the marketing team to build and promote personal social media presence Utilize exceptional communication skills to build relationships with both patients and employees The groups practice model is designed for maximum efficiency, including access to: A team of dedicated nurses and medical office assistants to optimize patient flow Exam and operating rooms to support your clinic Access to surgical/procedural rooms Access to a full suite of surgical and aesthetic lasers and injectables A head office staff to handle scheduling, referrals, human resources, and billing A supportive team that minimizes paperwork (charting, billing, etc.) and marketing support to grow your practice Benefits The successful applicant can expect unsurpassed income potential, improved work-life balance, and the opportunity to practice in a state-of-the-art dermatology clinic space.
