The Opportunity As Vice President, CoInvestment Advisory you will lead a team of dedicated professionals who provide financial advisory services to limited and general partners seeking to deploy capital into coinvestment opportunities across infrastructure, debt, and other privatemarket assets. You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing relationships with limited and general partners across Canada, the United States, and globally. You will play a significant role in the growth and direction of this business segment, seizing opportunities to expand into new geographies, verticals, and service offerings. Your role will include: Identifying, developing, and managing relationships with limited and general partners active in infrastructure and other coinvestments Identifying, originating, and pitching coinvestment advisory opportunities to limited partners, general partners, and family offices Pitching coinvestment opportunities originated by other members of the team to limited partner and family office relationships Preparing and presenting investment recommendations to client investment committees Setting the strategic direction and implementing the strategic plan for the coinvestment business unit Directing the due diligence efforts of the team, including commercial, legal, tax, and financial analysis Liaising with the broader team for crossgroup opportunities Your Skills And Experience Minimum six years of relevant experience in infrastructure, private equity, or private debt investing Ability to develop and build strong client relationships Strong communication and presentation skills, able to concisely communicate complex concepts Demonstrated leadership experience through past professional roles Established client relationships and network with limited partners, general partners, and family offices is an asset Ability to work effectively in a team environment Position Type Permanent FullTime Desired start date: Immediately Location: Toronto Seniority level Executive Employment type Fulltime Job function Business Development and Sales Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Agentis Capital by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
