What you will do Assist in the management of all users, dealing with day-to-day questions and concerns including billing issues, lease inquiries, service amenities and special requests. Assist with the day-to-day management of the portfolio. Liaise with Technical Services team members to ensure user concerns are addressed in a timely manner and service levels are maintained. Collaborate on user appreciation ideas and events, waste reduction initiatives and tenant survey requirements. Provide a high level of customer service to all clients, colleagues and users requiring assistance. Ensure timely completion of all property related information requests and filing. Assist in emergency situations. Assist property teams with user focused communications, projects and programs. Embody and support Allieds safety and security program. What we are looking for 2-5 years of experience working in a customer-driven administrative role. Strong verbal and written communication and people skills, including a proven ability to build relationships. Strong computer skills, with excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Previous Yardi experience is an asset. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
