Job Description Were looking for a precisiondriven, patientfocused Endodontist to join Dundurn Dental Specialty, our new specialty clinic in Hamilton, Ontario, part of Passion Dental Group. Specifics about the role As a newly launched specialty clinic, most roles will begin on a parttime basis during regular business hours. As patient demand and services expand, there is strong opportunity for additional shifts and potential transition to fulltime. Were looking for specialists who are excited to grow alongside the clinic and become a longterm, trusted presence within both our team and the broader community. Commissionbased independent contractor opportunity. Engagement and compensation are governed by an executed independent contractor agreement. This is not an employee role. AboutRecognizer Dundurn Dental Specialty is designed to support highacuity specialty care through advanced imaging, modern operatories, and close collaboration between specialists, ensuring efficient and predictable patient outcomes. What youll do Diagnose and treat complex pulpal and periapical conditions Perform nonsurgical and surgical endodontic procedures Utilize advanced imaging and magnification technologies Collaborate with referring dentists and inhouse specialists to support comprehensive treatment plans Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation What youll bring to the role Specialist certification in Endodontics Registration and good standing with the RCDSO Strong diagnostic and technical expertise Clear, confident communication with patients and referring providers Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, referraldriven environment #PassionHP2 Passion Dental Group is committed to workplace diversity and provides accommodations to applicants with disabilities throughout our hiring process.
