Overview Duration: 12-month assignment (contract) Client Location: Toronto, ON (4 days onsite) Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement B2B (Incorporated Entities Only) About the Engagement We are seeking an experienced FullStack Developer with strong Java, Spring Boot, and React expertise to contribute to the development of next-generation platforms. This role supports the modernisation and consolidation of multiple internal systems to streamline business processes and enable enhanced opportunities across Lending and Credit functions. The successful consultant will join a collaborative, global development team with members located in Toronto, New York, and London, working hands-on across both front-end and back-end systems using Java, Spring Boot, React, Typescript, and HTML. Experience in credit management, corporate lending, LoanIQ data models, or industrystandard APIs is considered an asset. Responsibilities Collaborate with fullstack agile teams to build and enhance greenfield and existing platforms. Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and robust systems. Develop frontend and backend features using Java Spring Boot and React. Create selfcontained, reusable, and testable components and modules. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support deployments in Azure. Communicate technical ideas, lead user demos, and partner with business stakeholders throughout iterative development cycles. Strong hands-on proficiency with: Minimum 7+ years experience in full-stack development for client/server and multi-tier web applications. Solid understanding of design patterns and strong problem-solving capabilities. Professional communication skills and experience interacting directly with business users. Experience in troubleshooting complex web applications, including the use of network monitoring and code profiling tools. Nice to Have Industry experience in credit management, corporate lending, or LoanIQ. Familiarity with enterprise data models and standard API frameworks.
