Director, Investor Relations Primary Responsibilities Preparation, review and distribution of external communication materials, including press releases, corporate presentations, and quarterly materials to investors, analysts, and other members of the financial community; Development, coordination and participation in meetings and presentations to investors, research analysts, and other members of the financial community; Provide support, respond to inquiries and proactively communicate with sellside research analysts, shareholders and other retail and institutional investors; Track and analyze sellside analyst research and estimates, as well as investor and analyst perceptions of the Company and industry, and assist in the presentation of feedback to the Company; Plan and manage investor meetings, conference calls, Company hosted site tours, investor days, road shows and investor conferences; Oversee and ensure the timely posting of corporate materials and regular review of the Company website to ensure content is up to date; Preparation and distribution of monthly management update report and various other internal written updates; Respond to special requests of other departments; and Other related duties as required.
