What Were Looking For As General Manager, youll be the driving force behind the daily operations of Rosies Burgers. You will lead your team with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable restaurant operations. Youll embody our values, making sure that every decision and action reflects our commitment to simplicity, community, and food quality. About Your Job Manage labour goals, schedule efficiently, train staff, and control food costs. Oversee weekly payroll submissions and meet profitability, labor, and COGS targets. Ensure food quality, manage supplier relationships, and build prep lists around sales forecasts. Maintain a welcoming environment and train the team to deliver excellent customer service. Hire, train, coach staff, reduce turnover, resolve conflicts, and mentor junior managers. Ensure health and safety protocols are followed, complete daily reports, and maintain First Aid certification. Maintain cleanliness, report maintenance issues, and implement operational improvements. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in the restaurant industry, in a management role for at least 2 years. Cooking experience in a fast paced kitchen for at least 2 years. Available to get to work and remain punctual Learn quickly and respond to feedback well Passionate about growth Energetic Positive Attitude Why Join Rosies?
