Financial & Business Discipline Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations in partnership with Finance. Embed P&L ownership across the business and drive sustainable revenue and margin performance. Optimize resources, capital, and organizational structure as we scale. Governance, Risk & Regulatory Alignment Elevate operational governance and risk management to institutional standards. Strengthen our capabilities across custody, payments, and stablecoin operations.
