Overview Humber River Health (HRH) is a prominent 1.8 million square foot, fully digital acute care facility in Canada, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and catering to a wide range of medical needs. EXCELLENT CAREER OPPORTUNITY Position: Family Physician (Academic) Schulich Family Medicine Teaching Unit Position Summary Join a collegial and supportive team of six academic family physicians at the Schulich Family Medicine Teaching Unit (FMTU) at Humber River Health. We seek a family physician with an interest in medical education to establish a full-time comprehensive family practice while contributing to the teaching and supervision of residents and medical students. The successful candidate will provide clinical care a minimum of five half-days per week, in addition to weekly learner supervision. Opportunities for leadership roles within the FMTU may be available for interested candidates. The FMTU is located on the ground floor of Humber River Health and is supported by a strong interprofessional team, including on-site nursing, social work, and dietician, with plans to expand to include additional allied health professionals. The practice operates within a Family Health Organization (FHO) model. Signing bonus may be available for eligible candidates.
