In this role, youll help shape hiring strategies, attract top talent, and support employee growthall while reinforcing a culture that aligns with our business goals and values.**What Youll Do**Talent Acquisition* Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned teams, from intake through offer.* Partner with leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build proactive talent strategies.* Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and community partnerships.* Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience.People Partnership & Development* Promote internal opportunities and support a culture of growth and development.* Assist leaders in identifying and developing internal talent.* Support employee development conversations and growth planning.Collaboration & Culture* Support engagement initiatives and reinforce company values.* Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, connecting them with People & Culture programs and expertise.* Collaborate with People & Culture team members to ensure consistent support across the organization.**What Youll Bring*** 25 years of HR experience, including recruiting, HR generalist, or talent-related roles.* Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with leaders.* Excellent organization skills with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.Education* High School Diploma or equivalent required* Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred* **Competitive Compensation** - whether you are working in sales, service, parts, or in a support function, Pfaff offers a competitive compensation package.* **Health Benefits** full-time employees have access to health, dental, long-term disability and life insurance.* **Vacation and Paid Time Off** - in addition to vacation, you are eligible for personal days and are also given the opportunity to purchase PTO (paid time off) days.
