Role Overview The Executive Assistant will act as a strategic partner, gatekeeper, and key amplifier of effectiveness for the CIO. This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities, encompassing social, philanthropic, and professional engagements, ensuring every interaction is carefully curated, executed, and followed up on. Key Responsibilities Strategic Calendar & Travel Management: Manage and optimize complex personal and professional calendars, schedule high-value meetings and events, and coordinate all travel logistics, including contingencies. Event, Hospitality & Relationship Support: Curate and execute social, philanthropic, and brand-related events; manage VIP experiences, guest logistics, and relationship follow-ups. Personal & Household Coordination: Support personal scheduling, family logistics, and household operations with discretion and reliability. Communication & Brand Representation: Serve as a professional liaison; draft communications, manage social media opportunities, and uphold confidentiality and professional presence. Proactive Problem-Solving & Operational Excellence: Anticipate needs, navigate shifting priorities, implement efficient systems, and maintain high standards for organization, detail, and reliability. Qualifications 5+ years supporting a senior executive with a complex, high-velocity schedule. Proven strength in white-glove travel and event planning. Excellent judgment, prioritization, and decision-making skills. Calm, accurate, and composed under pressure. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; experience interacting with VIPs, investors, or senior leaders preferred. High discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness.
