Track and manage due dates for operational tasks and projects. Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and action-item tracking. Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and data-driven reporting tools. Generate reports through internal systems for project analysis and operational insights. Enter invoices and support vendor documentation requirements. Assist with procurement coordination. Help track required employee certifications, safety credentials, and customer-specific compliance items. Maintain filing systems, office organization, and equipment inventories. Support logistics including travel coordination, meeting preparation, and field team scheduling. Perform other duties as required. Experience and Knowledge Expectations: Associate or bachelor''s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience Previous administrative or related professional experience preferred Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record, if required to operate a company-issued vehicle Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat using current operating systems; experience with data collection software is an asset Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and guests at all levels Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a self-motivated, flexible approach to work Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environment.
