Role Overview:The Master Data Coordinator is a strategic role within the Global Master Data Operations (GMDO) team, responsible for supporting the readiness and integrity of master data before it migrates into the global supply network. This role serves as the primary liaison between Business Data Owners (BDOs) and Data Content Owners (DCOs).The coordinator is also responsible for providing tailored services for master data provision and sustaining global maintenance systems and operational processes.This role is critical for enabling supply chain and manufacturing processes through the direct execution and maintenance of key data objects, including Material Masters, BOMs, Master Recipes and other Data objects.Key Responsibilities: Act as the central point of contact for BDOs and DCOs to coordinate the collection and validation of data content, ensuring all parameters are ready for data migration. Perform end-to-end master data maintenance within SAP ECC/S4 HANA, specifically managing the creation and updates of Material Masters, Bill of Materials (BOMs), Master Recipes/Routings, Source Lists, Info Records, as well as other related master data objects as required. Manage the intake and progression of data requests, driving the process from initial collection through to final system entry and sign-off. Execute all maintenance tasks in strict adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring 'Right First Time' data quality and compliance with regulatory standards. Identify maintenance-related issues, analyze root causes, and perform the necessary technical corrections in collaboration with global functional experts.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelors degree or specialized diploma with relevant professional experience. Proven ability to influence others without direct authority to meet deadlines. 35 years of hands-on experience in SAP Master Data maintenance. Experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations within a global, regulated (GxP) environment. Advanced ability to execute data maintenance tasks accurately within SAP environments. Proven ability to collaborate with and drive technical deliverables from global stakeholders. Ability to prioritize high volumes of maintenance requests and deliver results under tight deadlines.
