Adecco is currently seeking Manager-Contracts & Sales Support to support our clients Commercial Operations in Mississauga, ON. Ideal candidate will be managing our clients contracts administration, maintenance renewals, invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, licensing and accurate maintenance of product and customer records. This role supports Sales, Finance, Executive Management, and Customer Support, ensuring efficient contract-to-cash processes and compliance with internal policies.Pay rate: $80K$100K (35-hour workweek) depending on experienceLocation: Mississauga, ONShifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (Hybrid)Job type: PermanentHeres why you should apply:Hires fast, pays weekly.4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.Medical and dental benefits once qualified.Free training programsNew and quicker onboarding process.Key Responsibilities:Contracts & LicensingDraft, review, revise, and maintain software license agreements, supplements, and addendums.Review customer contracts and work with Executive Management to assess terms and provide recommendations.Maintain organized electronic and physical contract records.Issue permanent and temporary software licenses as required.Maintenance RenewalsManage all maintenance renewals, including calculations, quotations, invoicing, and customer follow-up.Issue renewal invoices 90 days prior to expiry and track renewals through to payment.Update renewal schedules and product records upon payment.Invoicing & Accounts ReceivableGenerate sales and maintenance invoices using BBS Enterprise Manager and submit to Finance for posting in QuickBooks.Maintain accurate invoice records and PDF archives.Perform A/R follow-up on outstanding invoices and update collection status and payment timelines.Sales Operations SupportProvide pricing, quotations, and customer support related to products, licenses, and maintenance.Process sales orders by validating purchase orders, issuing temporary licenses, providing download instructions, updating databases, and ensuring maintenance and A/R records are current.Maintain the Master Price List and HAS Price Appendix.Product & Data ManagementMaintain the product and licensing database, including migrations, system changes, license status, and usage updates.Ensure data accuracy for products, systems, nodes, and license types.TrademarksAdminister trademarks, including new applications, renewals, declarations of use, and coordination with external legal counsel.Maintain complete trademark records in both electronic and physical formats.Finance & Compliance SupportCoordinate with Finance to complete customer documentation requests (W-9, W-8BEN, Certificates of Residency, questionnaires, vendor registrations).Events & LogisticsSupport conference and event planning, materials preparation, shipping, and on-site assistance if required.Possible attendance at events.Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate FedEx shipments, including return shipments for events.Systems Access AdministrationIssue and manage customer credentials for the Support Portal and internal wiki.Skills & Experience:Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.Experience in contracts administration, sales operations, invoicing, or licensing environments.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support.Professional communication skills and a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.Apply now to this Manager-Contracts & Sales Support job in Mississauga, ON for immediate employment consideration.
