We partner with the best-in-class manufacturers to bring top-quality dash cams at the best prices to consumers, combined with providing the most in-depth information available to ensure that our customers are always making informed purchasing decisions.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Operations Specialist to support our RMA (Returns & Refurbishment) and Warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-curious, and comfortable working with both physical products and operational systems.Approximately 85% of the role will focus on RMA and refurbished operations, with the remaining time supporting warehouse activities as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & FulfillmentPicking and packing ordersOrder fulfillment and kit assemblyInventory control and physical countsRMA & Refurbishment OperationsProcess, inspect, and test product returns and repairsRefurbish and restore electronics to a sellable conditionMaintain accurate records of RMA transactions and refurbished unitsEnter and analyze data to identify trends in RMA requestsCross-Team CollaborationCollaborate with technical support to resolve product issuesCommunicate with Customer Service regarding RMA statuses and inquiriesCoordinate with vendors on repair ordersWork with online marketplace teams on inventory levels, listings, and pricing of refurbished productsGeneral SupportAssist in improving RMA processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfactionSupport other departments as needed (e.g. coverage during absences or peak periods)What Were Looking ForAbility to type at least 55 WPMIntermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, or similar)Experience with inventory management systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsInterest in technology and electronics
