You will:Review and evaluate office procedures with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement; recommend and implement enhancements as appropriateManage schedules and coordinate departmental meetings, special events, and offsites, including logistics, room bookings, invitations, notices, and cateringProvide financial and administrative support, including budgeting assistance, expense tracking, and invoice processingPrepare and process requisitions, releases, invoice payments, expense reports, and monthly operating expense trackingEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate closely with the Executive Assistant, receiving direction and providing support on department-wide projects and initiativesRespond to internal and external requests for assistance, directing inquiries appropriatelyMaintain departmental records using SharePoint and other records retention systems in accordance with company policyWhat you bring to the jobYou are someone with strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills and maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
