ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a French-speaking HR Advisor to support a global Fortune 500 client, a leader in the financial software industry. The HR Advisor will provide Tier 1 HR Generalist support to employees across North America. This is a long-term, W-2 contract opportunity with no defined end date and is fully remote, allowing you to work from your home office. Candidates must be able to work PST or CST hours and be fluent in French. Essential Functions: Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HRs services and offerings, with exceptional quality, including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc. Deliver world-class and personalized care experiences to all levels of the organization through multiple channels of communication, including chat/phone/case work. Contribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to continuous improvement of the workforce experience. Partner closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on the voice of the customer and customer experience. Coach end users through the use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications.
