The responsibilities include setting up and operating equipment during filming, assisting with lighting and sound setup, collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient filming operations, maintaining and organizing equipment, and adhering to safety guidelines on set. Teamwork and effective communication will be essential for this role. Qualifications Proficiency in camera operation, lighting setup, and sound recording equipment Understanding of film production processes, including set design and logistics Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team Problem-solving skills and adaptability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise Knowledge of industry-standard safety practices and a commitment to upholding safety on set Prior experience in a film crew or related position is highly desirable Physical stamina and the ability to work long hours in varying conditions when necessary
