Overview Everest Services Centre Inc., is one of the largest franchisees within the Mr. Lube + Tires Canada Group.We deliver fast, friendly, and trusted service oil changes, tire sales and service, preventative maintenance, and light-duty mechanical services. Today we operate 10 stores across Canada in Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia.As we enter a phase of accelerated growth, tripling in size over the next five years, we are looking for a Vice President of Operations, a new role to lead this next chapter and support this bold vision. Reporting to the President, the Vice President of Operations is the operational heartbeat of the organization.You will own and lead the day-to-day performance of the business, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences across all service locations. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned operations executive.You will translate ambitious growth plans into consistent execution, inspire and develop a high energy leadership team, and build scalable operational systems to support rapid expansion.You will have full operational accountability for the business, providing direct leadership to 2 Regional Managers and 4 Area Managers, and supporting them in the effective leadership of their Store Managers. With an office based in Mississauga, Ontario, this is a role that requires a large portion of time in field at store locations. What youll do Drive visit growth, average ticket growth, and overall revenue performance across all stores Expand maintenance services, tire sales & service, and mechanical services through training and strong execution Partner with leadership to execute growth strategies that support expansion to 30 stores Own and improve EBITDA performance through disciplined cost control Actively manage wage costs, product costs, and other variable operating expenses Implement best practices, operational standards, and performance rhythms that scale with growth Champion a best-in-class customer experience that fuels repeat visits and brand loyalty Monitor and improve customer experience metrics including google reviews, customer surveys, customer complaints and feedback Ensure every store consistently delivers fast, friendly, and high-quality service Inspire, motivate, and develop a young, high-energy leadership team Build and promote a culture that is team focused, results driven, accountable and fun Coach leaders to be strong operators, people developers, and culture carriers Play a key role in supporting new store openings Bring operational insight and leadership to expansion planning, onboarding, and ramp-up Ensure systems, talent, and processes are ready to scale rapidly What youll bring Strong executive operations experience with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth Minimum 8+ years of experience in multi-site retail operations, preferably in automotive services Bachelors degree in Business, Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience Demonstrated experience operating in Quebec retail environments Experience leading through growth, change, and scale Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French (written and spoken) A leadership style that is high-energy, motivating and impactful A hands-on, data-driven, people-first approach Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong team player with ability to build strong working relationships Why join us A highly competitive total compensation package of $220K$285K (base salary plus performance-based bonus) Employer paid comprehensive health, dental and extended benefits Group RSP with matching employer contributions Vehicle and cell phone allowances Be part of a newly created executive role with real influence and visibility Help shape the future of a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial organization Play a central role in building a $100M business Join a culture that values teamwork, fun, accountability, and winning together About us Everest Services Centre Inc. owns and operates Mr. Lube + Tires locations across BC, Ontario, and Quebec.
