Cotton Candy is currently seeking an Operations Project Manager to join our team . This role will lead initiatives that enhance our e-commerce and ERP processes and systems. This role focuses on leading and completing systems improvement projects and supporting business development by utilizing technology to enhance our work practices, assisting with RFP responses and solution presentations. We are looking for a hands-on individual who has a high need to drive efficiencies and can help us improve the way we effectively manage our operations. What specifically? Lead projects involving e-store enhancements, fulfillment process improvements, and system integrations. Develop functional project requirements to support business initiatives. Define project scope and ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met. Coordinate with developers, internal teams, and vendors to design, implement, and test applications. Investigate and resolve production issues impacting orders, fulfillment, or reporting in a timely manner. Determine root causes of issues and implement preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences. Identify recurring problems and recommend process or system enhancements. Use SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to extract, analyze, and visualize data for ad-hoc reporting requests. Participate in ERP and system migration projects while ensuring data integrity and process continuity. Collaborate on workflow design, data mapping, testing, and post-go-live optimization. Document and communicate system or process changes to support smooth adoption. Work cross-functionally with operations, IT, and client service teams to align priorities and deliver solutions. Support change management and provide training during new system rollouts. Participate in responding to RFPs and contribute technical and operational content. Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to prepare proposal materials. Present proposed solutions and project approaches to clients and prospects. What do you bring to the table? Bachelors degree or similar in Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field. Experienced in operations and project management within e-commerce and ERP environments. Proven experience leading system integration or improvement projects. Proficient in SQL ; skilled in building reports and dashboards using BI tools. Exposure to ERP systems and migrations (e.g., NetSuite, Odoo). Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging directly with clients. Experience contributing to RFP responses and presenting technical or operational solutions. Hands-on familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Promobullit). Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong documentation discipline. Whats in it for you?
