Company Panda Pancakes and Ice Cream at Metrotown mall Role Description This is a part-time on-site experienced Barista role based in Burnaby, BC. The Barista will be responsible for preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages, operating equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests. Additionally, the Barista may assist with food preparation tasks as required. Qualifications Must have a minimum of two years of experience as a Barista Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills Barista experience and expertise in preparing coffee and other beverages Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to create a positive guest experience Knowledge or experience in Food Preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
