Role: ROOFPRO SUCCESS COORDINATOR Our marketing department has an exciting opportunity for a ROOFPRO Success Coordinator, who will be a collaborative member of the IKO Loyalty team, responsible for facilitating proactive, on-going training and engagement with our ROOFPRO Contractor Loyalty program members. He/she will educate them about the program and help them maximize the benefits of their memberships.This position is responsible for onboarding new ROOFPRO members in the U.S and Canada, by orienting them on the programs processes, tools and benefits.
