We are currently looking to add a Winner Experience Ambassador to our Prize Payout Team. The Winner Experience Ambassador will play a pivotal role enhancing the overall winner experience both locally and remotely. In addition to supporting the day-to-day prize fulfillment experience, your responsibilities will extend to the strategic development of event goals, ensuring alignment with the organizational mission and objectives, and contributing to a comprehensive customer service program at WCLC. In joining our team as the Winner Experience Ambassador, you would Coordinate merchandise prize fulfillment across Provincial offices, Procurement, Marketing, Finance, and external vendors. Plan and execute engaging, exciting and memorable winner events for both local and remote participants. Review new Scratch & Win products and assess impacts to prize fulfillment, payments, and processes. Serve as the first point of contact for prize winners (in person, phone and email), ensuring accurate and timely prize payouts during non-event periods. Support finance administration related to prize payments and assist with contest prizing distribution in accordance with governance and guidelines. Lead complaint resolution, including front-line investigation and analysis as required. Contribute to the digital claims transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Map the customer journey and support the development and execution of the department''s annual plan, budget, and intake process. Manage and develop vendor relationships and collaborate with marketing and branding teams on winner experience content, design and promotional material. Qualifications 2 years experience as a customer service specialist or similar customer support role. Upbeat professional demeanor with strong empathy & listening skills. Proven experience in event planning and facilitation. Creativity in developing engaging and memorable events. Superior problem-solving skills with the ability to delegate, set and meet deadlines.
